Managing experience in IT field:

  • Experience in managing projects or providing services
  • Experience in managing team
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Cobit
  • Fluent English

Main responsibilities

  • Managing work of department, motivation subordinates, supporting them and level of their professional skills
  • Participating in recruitment, evaluation and improving of subordinates, support optimal team size
  • Reaching SLA and customer satisfaction KPI level
  • Providing high level of customer-facing technical support. Dealing with complains, suggestions and escalations
  • Building up processes of technical support: developing of processes, instructions, supporting actual knowledge database
  • Evaluating of costs for providing services. Approving and managing budgets execution
  • Official intake of products and services for support
